The idea

Btrend connects brands with relevant creators and reduces the operational overhead between campaign brief and approved, paid content.

What I brought

I delivered full-stack product functionality across the creator and brand journeys, with particular focus on matching, campaign operations and the commercial workflow.

How I delivered it

I mapped the creator and brand states end to end, then implemented connected workflows so briefs, deliverables, contracts, invoices and payments stay traceable inside one product.
