Mobile GOAT

Branded mobile apps for local businesses.

The idea

Mobile GOAT lets a local business own a customer relationship without financing a custom app from scratch. Each tenant receives its own identity, store configuration, modules and content while the underlying product remains maintainable as a single platform.

What I brought

I designed and built the tenant factory, brand-token system, customer application, in-app merchant tools, web back office and tenant-scoped backend. The factory can create a branded tenant from a business brief, while contrast checks and feature flags keep every generated app usable.

How I delivered it

I modelled branding and features as tenant configuration, shared the product core across every app, and isolated business data at the API boundary so new brands can ship without forking the platform.
