The idea

MyDéménageur connects people planning a move with providers able to help, bringing discovery, provider information and booking into one responsive experience.

What I brought

I joined shortly before production, delivered the new frontend design end to end, corrected launch issues and improved both discoverability and product performance during the first months live.

How I delivered it

I translated the redesign into responsive components, prioritised launch-blocking defects, and iterated from production feedback while improving page structure, speed and search visibility.
